2. Services

FastFund Leads provides exclusive Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) leads to qualified brokers and lenders. We guarantee that leads are sold exclusively to one buyer and are not recycled or shared among multiple clients.

3. Lead Quality and Delivery

While we strive to provide high-quality leads that meet our stated criteria (e.g., minimum revenue, time in business), we do not guarantee funding outcomes or conversion rates. Leads are delivered in real-time via your chosen delivery method.

4. Payment and Refunds

All lead purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for leads delivered that meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria. Any disputes regarding lead quality must be submitted within 3 business days of lead delivery for review.

5. Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding telemarketing, email marketing, and consumer privacy when contacting the leads provided by FastFund Leads.
